Certified by both the American Board of Internal Medicine and the American Board of Radiology with over 20 years of practice experience, Dr. Anthony G. Bruzzese provides patients with comprehensive diagnostic services at Toll Gate Radiology. He joined the practice in 1987 after completing his training. He also currently serves on the medical staff at Roger Williams Medical Center.
Dr. Bruzzese graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry and his medical degree from Brown University. He then completed postgraduate training through residencies in Internal Medicine at Rhode Island Hospital and in Diagnostic Radiology at Tufts-New England Medical Center Hospital and Boston VA Medical Center Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident during his final year. To further advance his training, Dr. Bruzzese also completed a fellowship in MRI at Tufts.
As a Rhode Island native, Dr. Bruzzese remains committed to providing those in his community with the highest quality of care. He remains up-to-date with the latest developments in medicine through his membership in several professional organizations, including:
He previously served as President of the Radiological Society of RI and remains the Alternate Councilor and Councilor of the American College of Radiology. He also remains active with the local community as a previous member of the Board of Directors for the Opera Providence and RI Ballet Theatre. In 2008, Dr. Bruzzese was a recipient of the Top Doc award by Rhode Island Monthly.
Dr. Kei Doi is a board-certified radiologist with over 15 years of experience has an extended history with Toll Gate Radiology, previously serving as a practicing physician and Vice President before moving to New York for a few years. Dr. Doi once again brings his advanced skills and expert knowledge of radiology, with special training in Musculoskeletal and Breast Imaging and Interventions to our practice.
Dr. Doi completed a medical scientist training program to receive his medical degree and a Ph.D. in Biophysics from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, where he was a Samuel and May Rudin Scholar. After graduating, Dr. Doi served his postgraduate training at the University of Michigan Hospitals, which included an internship and residency in Diagnostic Radiology, and a fellowship in Musculoskeletal and MRI studies.
Throughout his training and practice experience, Dr. Doi has contributed to several leading medical publications, book chapters and abstracts, and presented his research findings at local hospitals and national conferences. He is also a member of several professional organizations, including:
He previously held academic appointments at Kent Count Hospital and the University of Michigan Hospitals where he shared his advanced knowledge of radiology with medical students in several courses.
Dr. Vincent I Frazzini, Jr. is a board-certified radiologist with additional certifications in Neuroradiology, currently providing patients with state-of-the-art care at Toll Gate Radiology. With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Frazzini has held several hospital and academic appointments in New York, including Assistant Professor of Neuroradiology at NYU Medical Center and Bellevue Hospital.
Dr. Frazzini graduated with his medical degree from the Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine, and then completed a General Surgery internship at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center. He continued his training with a focus in Radiology through a residency at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital Center, where he served as Chief Resident during his final year. To further advance his training, Dr. Frazzini also completed a fellowship in Neuroradiology at NYU Medical Center.
