Ultrasound

Ultrasound is a procedure in which a water-soluble gel is placed on the area to be visualized. It then produces sound waves that pass into the body and sends echoes back to produce images of the internal structures of the body. Ultrasounds can also show internal motion such as blood flowing through the veins and a beating heart.

We incorporate the use of various multi-frequency transducers, with doppler and colorflow that allows us to perform ultrasound exams on all areas of the body.
